Amrut Kulkarni is a co-founder and director of Fintune Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. His strengths are organisation development, team leadership and project management — setting up systems, building teams and keeping them accountable week after week.
He began as Director of ReachDUnreached Pvt. Ltd. in Belgaum (2013 – 2018), a company handling business process outsourcing projects. That experience in running process-driven operations teams carries into how Fintune organises its field and back-office work.
Alongside Fintune, he co-founded Swa Surajya Foundation in 2019 and serves as Director and Executive Director of Panchkroshi Vidyalay, Alur, run by Panchkroshi Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. Through the Foundation's Nomadic Community Learning Centres he works with children from the Potraj and Sudgad Siddh nomadic communities, and he is an alumnus of Community Collectives, Vardhishnu's grassroots incubation programme.
